At DC Cycles, we are more than happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items returned to us within 21 days of purchase. All items must be returned unused, in the original packaging along with the original labelling and receipt. A refund request will be actioned within 3 working days from receipt. Please note that refunds are unable to be made in the event of special orders on behalf of the customer (Items ordered from the supplier that are not normally stocked by DC Cycles) This does not affect warranty agreements where exchanges will be made by the manufacturer. We recommend that items being returned are sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges are to be met by the customer. Please note all warranty returns must be clean and free from dirt and mud to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. Unfortunately, we are legally unable to refund or exchange helmet and protective gear however we are more than happy to provide you with any guidance that you require regarding sizing prior to purchase. Please see the 'Contact Us' page for details of how to speak to an adviser. To return an item please fill in this returns form with the reason for returning and send it back with the item that you wish to return. Note: DVDs, videos, books and software are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless incorrect or defective. If goods develop a problem they will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection to determine the validity of the warranty claim. With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
